2. Promotion period

3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States, , who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

4. How to enter

5. Prizes and odds
Every eligible, verified entry wins exactly one (1) prize, determined at random by Sponsor's server at the moment of the spin. The spinner animation only displays that result. The prize sections on the spinner are equal in size for display purposes and do not represent the odds of winning. Odds are fixed for every spin, as follows:

Inventory. If a prize is temporarily out of stock when won, the winner still wins that prize, and Sponsor will deliver it after restocking, within [TBD] days. Odds do not change based on inventory.
Maximum awards. Sponsor may set a maximum number of any prize. If that maximum is reached, the promotion pauses until Sponsor resumes it or the Promotion Period ends. Odds are never shifted to other prizes.
Prizes are non-transferable. No cash or substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize is unavailable. Restaurant gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms. Brand and model of televisions are at Sponsor's discretion.
6. Winner verification and delivery
All winners are subject to verification of eligibility and identity, including confirming the entrant's name, employer, and contact information. Sponsor may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes is fraudulent, ineligible, or in violation of these rules, and void the related prize. Sponsor will contact winners at the email address or phone number they entered to arrange delivery to an address in an eligible state. 8. General conditions
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity, and may award prizes among eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or emails, or for technical errors.
